Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Please include your order number in the return request
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
